• When will my order ship?

    All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM EST will ship same day. If your items are ordered on a weekend or holiday your order will be shipped on the next business day. Weekend days and holidays are not applicable when calculating delivery time.

    For example, an order shipped on Friday for a 2 day delivery will deliver on Tuesday.

  • How is my order shipped?

    All merchandise orders, excluding Gift Cards, are shipped via UPS. You can pick the shipping method. We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options. We cannot guarantee arrival dates on items shipped UPS Ground delivery. In addition, all Gift Card orders, unless otherwise requested, are shipped via US Postal Service. This allows us to provide a minimal shipping cost; however, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for Gift Cards purchased via this method.

  • How do I know my order was completed?

    If your order was successfully accepted, you will receive an immediate confirmation by email. Rest assured, if you receive an order confirmation email, your order has been processed and will be shipped according to the schedule above.

  • Can I submit a rush order?

    Yes! We offer 2nd Day and Overnight UPS service on all Merchandise and Texas Roadhouse Gift Card orders. If you need it in a hurry, we can accommodate your request. Keep in mind that all orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are not guaranteed for Next Day or 2nd Day delivery!

  • What do I do if I need a Gift Card today?

    Gift cards may be purchased directly at any Texas Roadhouse location.

  • Can I mail a Gift Card to another person or does it have to come to me?

    Gift cards can be shipped to any address. Cards shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box address.

  • Can I print a Gift Card for immediate use?

    No, only physical gift cards can be redeemed at our locations.

  • Can Gift Cards be purchased over the phone?

    No, for your security we do not accept orders over the phone. Cards may be purchased though our secure website or any Texas Roadhouse location.

  • Do Gift Cards ever expire or decline in value?

    No, our cards never expire and they do not decrease in value.

  • Can I add to an existing Gift Card?

    Texas Roadhouse Gift Cards cannot be revalued.

  • What should I do if I lose my Gift Card?

    You should always treat your gift card as if is were cash. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • How can I make a purchase from an overseas location?

    We can accept requests for overseas shipments via email. Please click on Contact Us and provide the following information. Keep in mind; however, we currently have only one Texas Roadhouse location outside of the United States.

    Please add $25.00 shipping for all items shipped to addresses outside the continental United States. We will confirm that your order has been accepted and processed by email.
